Burger King

Went through the drive through at 6:15AM and ordered the 2 for $4 mix and match. Ordered one biscuit and one croissant, both with sausage AND bacon. Not hard. She gave me two biscuits with only sausage on both. When I drove back through to let her know my order was wrong, she was very rude and told me to pull forward. This time she gave me one croissant and one biscuit with two sausages on each. Still wrong. I drove back through for a third time and this time she wouldn’t answer the drive through for about 5 minutes until I said something. At this point, I just wanted my money back. When I asked for my money back, I was told that she doesn’t know how to do that and that the manager had not shown up this morning. So I asked her if she could get my order right then instead, and she replied with “I mean I guess” and told me to pull forward again. This time she gave me two biscuits both with sausage and bacon and was rude when she handed them to me. Still wrong. Luckily she didn’t ask me for the previous two sandwiches back and one was a croissant, so I just put the bacon on the croissant one myself. I didn’t leave until 6:45AM and I was the only one going through the drive through. Mind you, I’m 6 months pregnant AND my boyfriend is in the hospital about to have surgery the same evening. I was trying to get him something to eat before he couldn’t eat anymore for the day, and by the time I got to the hospital it was too late for him to eat anything and he couldn’t eat all day. Never going here again. Every time I go here, they are nothing but rude, always get my order wrong, and the food is always cold and gross.

There's always some issue and the last time I tried ordering a shake I had just gotten out of the hospital for food poisoning so hadn't eaten in days and one thing only sounded appetizing, a chocolate shake. Was told our shake machine is down, so I said it was last time I was here too they said ya, it's been broken for 2 years. This place should have been shut down a long time ago. They often close do to employee shortages. However recently it seems they may have one last fight to survive in them.

Love the chicken nugget deal for $1.50 I ordered three of them and they all came out fresh and delicious as well as the fries and there was little weight which is always nice but I did not get my dipping sauces even though I already mentioned it more than once... It just kind of sucks but at least the food was good and fresh 🙂

Horrible. This may be the next havelock burger King situation. My boy and I went thru drive thru there was 1 car in front of us the lady said please hold there is only 2 of us working first I felt bad. Then after ordering nuggets and a plain cheeseburger we paid they said to pull around they would bring it out to us. 20 min later we go inside to get it ourselves I said I'll take the cups and fill there drinks there was no ice and no soda after she gave me cups not even knowing. Them 2 employees should of walked out and left instead of having so many upset customers

Now I know this may sound petty but It took about 20 minutes from the time I stopped to order until the time I drove away And that was in the drive-through yes 20 minutes shouldn't seem like that much that much for someone to prepare a meal for you however the reason that 1 goes to fast food I.E. the drive-through is for speedy service .. Unfortunately the food that I got was sub par even by Burger King standards I have lived really close to this location location for about 15 years and in the last month or so it has really gone down hill I am very disappointed and and will probably go to to taco John's KFC McDonald's or anything because they will be faster
