Mcdonald's

Ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and others a week ago… had to wait an hour for my order. When I finally got it, it was accurate, but the burger was a little too pink. It wasn’t too bad, so I didn’t think much of it and didn’t even bother saying anything about it. Ordered the same thing today… wait time was quicker, but my burger was raw in the middle and pink on the outsides. This is unacceptable; unless you want food poisoning and long wait times, do NOT eat here. McDonalds, talk to your chef, or get a new one, because I never had this issue until recently.

Went through drive thru. Offered mobile app code and was referred to by name for the rest of the encounter. Order was accurate, quick, and hot. Staff was fast and efficient in collecting payment by recognizing ahead of time I paid using the mobile app code. None of the other McDonald's in town have performed to this level of quality.

One pickle on my whole burger.... is not extra pickles... my burger is labeled extra pickles, but has one... this is the 3rd time in a row... atleast you're showing consistency on NOT doing your job and reading mods.... With a "brand value of 154.92 billion U.S. dollars" as of 2021, you'd think you could afford 2 pickles on a cheeseburger to begin with 🤦‍♀️

I give the McDonald's building an A++. The only downfall is that the employees and manager do not speak English very well. So it was very hard to get something extra or have a question. Though everybody was very kind. I would also say they need to improve on maintenance and cleanliness for the night shift anyways

This is literally the slowest McDonald's in town.. might as well take the extra couple of minutes to go to a different location. Not only that, when it's late at night and they are extremely busy with the line out of the parking lot, employees are inside on their phones taking personal calls while talking poorly about customer's (this happened tonight when I had to go inside to get an order). They also don't fail to make you wait at the speaker for 10 minutes before taking your order. This is probably because they are on their phones...
