Mcdonald's

Place is an actual joke... Just got some food delivered and my burgers had cheese even tho I specifically said no cheese plus the wraps and chips were cold to the point they could've been juat lay out for hours, tried calling numerous times to make them aware just for it to say that their on the phone, I've tried calling since round about 1:45 snd saying the same thing over and over again... there is absolutely no chance they've been on the phone to one person this long... Also, how, just how can you possibly mess up an order that simple, it's literally just making sure you don't put the cheese on, it really isn't that hard to do!🙄🤬

Never ever been to a McDonald's before but a friend wanted me to take them for a drive through meal takeaway. So...after queueing behind umpteen cars for about 15 minutes i realised people were talking to a machine!! ( so nil points for customer service). I had no idea what i was doing or asking for as there was no board/menu to choose from. So i just asked for a large burger and chips. "What drink do you want?" Asked the machine. " he doesn't want a drink" i replied "Well they come with a drink" said machine. " he doesn't want a drink i said" " oh..came a confused voice" After confirming the order the machine told me to pay at the window.. So i just followed the queue of vehicles till i saw a window and paid a girl who then sent me to the next window to collect the order. At the next window we were told to park in bay 1..as they were so busy.. After another 10 minutes a young girl finally came to us with a soggy brown paper bag..filled with my friends burger "treat". When i took him home and he opened the bag..his face said it all..as did the soggy bun and non existent bacon which was supposed to be on the bun. What an absolute performance to actually get the meal..and the end result looked revolting. I have definitely not missed anything all these years and im completely mystified why people would indulge in such an odd choice of food and an even stranger way to get it!

Waited around 15/20 mins for a happy meal and a cheese burger. It was finally brought out freezing cold, I don't think they cooked it for any longer than 3 seconds. It wasn't overly busy so I guess it was down to incompetent staff as usual with this particular mcdonalds. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Bad service most of the time there staff can’t handle busy days and they don’t have alot of the food they say they have. Furthermore they give wrong orders forget special requirements and don’t even bother using the app I wait on average 20-30 minutes for my order and they dont have enough parking for the amount of customers.

Have used this McDonald’s a few times, very slow service, too many staff chatting behind the counter rather than cracking on, two occasions been left at the drive thru without anyone contacting through the speaker so have had to park up and walk into the restaurant. Staff shouting over the counter at people in the restaurant. “Will” the manager not seeming to notice or pay attention to any of this, just strutting around with his paperwork rather than managing the team.
