Really nice dishes. We had cauliflower, aubergine, chicken, salad and pita bread; all delicious in view (could perhaps been somewhat more spiced). Great selection of vegan courses, a plus. Diverse selection of wines (we took Lebanese white) and nice to experience the possibility of 1/2 liter carafe. Can recommend.

Beautifully located on the Liverpool dockside, even better in the late afternoon and evening when all the lights are lit. Ordered several dishes to share on the table and none of them disappointed. The Disco Cauliflower (as suggested by so many other reviews) were absolutely delicious. The crispy squid were a little on the spicy side but still very good and the baked halloumi were so tender, all the way through (not crumbly at all). I also highly recommend the Medjool date bread and butter pudding - I can't stop thinking about this dessert. Right amount of sweetness and with the chantilly cream - it was perfect.

If I found a place like this when I was visiting a new city I'd be delighted. We are so lucky to have Maray in Liverpool. Situated in the Albert Dock, a popular tourist area, tasty food served as small plates. A relaxed vibe and friendly service. I've been here and the Bold Street branch many times.

I thought the food was nice, my only concern was when the bill came out on the machine and they add their own service charge, which I don't mind, however why would all the items be in black and the service charge be in a light grey. Needs to change and be more transparent.

Very Lovely place near the Albert Dock. Food was lovely. Everything here is a small plate which I loved in a way as we get to taste multiple dishes plus they have plenty of vegetarian /vegan options 😍 (Well! Most of the dishes are veggie 🤩) We had DISCO CAULIFLOWER based on so many good reviews about it and the dish lived up to the expectations. Cauliflower was tender yet crispy and the sauces that came along with it were just perfection. It was an amazing way to start the lunch. 5/5 for this dish. Had FALAFEL which were crispy on outside and soft inside. But I felt something was missing for me, maybe a bit more of seasoning to my liking. 4/5 for FALAFELs. Other half had FRIED CHICKEN and he enjoyed it. Cocktails were refreshing. I had Beetroot GnT which was yummm. And other half had MARAY NEGRONI which was strong and refreshing and he loved it too. Service was quick. Ambiance is minimal and pretty. Got view of the dock. Overall wonderful experience. Would highly recommend this place.

Sorry there are no photos. It was lovely to look at and amazing to taste. Even better it was completely consistent with my husband’s super-healthy GF DM Veg & 🐟 diet.

Lovely food, and great service. Paying between £8 and £12 per plate, and it's a "pick two or three small plates" kinda deal. In my opinion this is a much better style than a traditional starter and big main restaurant, but each to their own. Some of the dishes felt a bit on the pricey side. The 'hot plate' in particular was basically their take on an indian-style poppadom and chutney tray, but much more expensive. Tumeric onions were great! Felt the downstairs was a little cramped - not much room to maneuver between tables. The highlight was the disco cauliflower, which feels like the Thing to get to impress first time visitors. It was absolutely delicious. Will I be back? Not sure. But if you haven't been, I'd recommend!

First time trying this and the food is really good. The staff were very nice too. However its quite pricy. Also did not know that it was a tapas restuarant until we were seated - personally im not a tapas type of person but don't get me wrong the food is very tasty. I was most disappointed with the mackerel. I know tapas dishes aren't suppose to be big but I paid £9.50 for a very small piece of Mackerel.

Dined here on Sat night with my daughter. It was my first visit! I'm not usually fond of small plates but the food was so so good! No long waits either! Great choice of dishes & wine! Staff friendly & efficient. Recommend

The food here is incredible. Amazing flavors, and lovely staff. No photos as I was scoffing away, but we had the sea bass, cauliflower, rice fish, halloumi and salad. Love that they have a whole vegan menu. Yum!
