Came to the 70s and 80s night 7th July for my hen party great night food was lovely and staff were really nice too!!
Myself and my husband stayed last night after booking the winter promo deal which consisted of overnight stay, 2 course meal and a bottle of wine! If I could give more stars I would! The hotel, room, food, drinks and service are all absolutely fantastic. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering booking. Thank you xx

Staying at malmaison is the BEST choice for you! The bar staff are so lovely and make the best drinks! Connor, Santi & Taylor! Great service from all three they make incredible drinks. Becca was an amazing host! Absolutely lovely! Very friendly deserves a promotion! Cannot recommend this place enough.
Had the most amazing steak cooked on the Josper grill. Washed it down with a smokey bourbon which went so well. Really enjoyed my meal after taking expert recommendation from a bartender.
We enjoyed our stay at the Malmaison for The Open. I have to specifically call out Ivana who greeted us every morning for breakfast with a smiling face and genuine excitement that we had arrived. She was absolutely wonderful and was a great start to each day!! Her smile and positive attitude were infectious! What a sweetheart-the Malmaison is lucky to have her!!
The staff at the front desk were also very lovely. They were extremely friendly and focused on providing great customer service. With us being on our first trip to the UK, they answered several questions we had about local restaurants as well as the trains. We appreciated them as well.
Since returning to the US, we discovered charges on our invoice for another guest, which they quickly addressed when we reached out to them.
I highly recommend the Liverpool Malmaison.
We had Afternoon Tea at the Malmaison Bar & Grill. Overall it was a good experience - maybe we expected more value for money.
The sweet dishes were very good. Unfortunately, the savory ones were quite dry and a bit bland - just not what we expected. In addition, the scones were quite something: underbaked and instead of clotted cream, they served them with butter. Also, no option for plain scones.
There was an unlimited tea and coffee availability included. The tea selection was okay - however, it was bagged tea.
The service was very good though, we felt well taken care of. Atmosphere was also great, since we got to sit outside, looking at the Mersey River and canals.
Visited here tonight and it was absolutely fab. Food was delicious, setting is gorgeous and the staff are so lovely and friendly.
Best truffle fries we’ve had and the steak and cocktails are delicious too.

We enjoyed food and drinks in the Bar & Grill both nights of our stay at Malmaison hotel and had a brilliant experience - we had intended to dine out on our second night but the vibe and drinks were so good, we decided to stay! The cocktails were stunning and expertly made, all dishes were mouth-wateringly delicious and service was friendly but super professional, knowledgable and attentive. Our 3 year old also loved the food and buzzy atmosphere, and the staff were very accommodating. Big thanks to Rebecca and Connor who went above and beyond to look after us and really enhanced our experience! Looking forward to returning next time we’re in the city :-)
We recently visited Malmaison for Afternoon Tea as part of my mums 70th birthday celebrations. The venue has recently had a makeover and it looks stunning with a lovely atmosphere. The food for the Afternoon Tea was amazing, everyone really enjoy it and we plan to come back again soon. The service was wonderful, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We continued our visit onto the Mal 's stunning outdoor terrace, with the sun shining and the beautiful backdrop of the waterfront and liver building, and a cocktail in hand, it truly was a gorgeous experience. Would highly recommend!
Highly recommend dining at Malmaison Liverpool’s newly refurbished restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere was absolutely amazing. If I could rate higher than 5, I would!
Took my sister here for a little treat before her chemo starts hoping for a relaxing experience...we were not disappointed. This is such a beautiful environment with wonderful attentive staff and amazingly tasty afternoon tea treats. Thank you for a lovely relaxing day for my sister.
