Nando's Liverpool One

Visited when there was around a 10 minute wait, after I got seated and ordered through the mobile app. I received my food in around 5-10 mins which I was super happy with that speed. The food itself was standard Nando’s nothing too special. The staff were also very nice and helpful when asked questions.

Thank you so much to the member of staff for going above and beyond for my daughter. I asked to be seated in a corner as she cannot tolerate noise with her autism. They not only sat us in an area that wasn't open but then said they would turn the music down. It made her visit enjoyable for both of us as she wasn't on edge. Thank you for understanding. Will definitely be visiting again 😁

We were on holiday in the UK, so this was our first Nando experience. I like that you can order via your phone - everything went smoothly and the food was quite tasty but not spectacular. There’s different sauces you can choose from, from very hot to a milder one. This place is quite spacious but was still very crowded. Good for a quick bite.

Come here quite a lot and haven’t really had issues before, the chicken on my burger was cooked through but cold, they had no wraps which is my usual order and there was another burger on the menu my friend wanted that was unavailable. Girls toilets really need some TLC. Smells like someone has mopped up wee over and over again but not changed the mop it’s quite unpleasant. The toilet roll holder was on the floor and toilet roll was provided on top of the sanitary bin which is disgusting. However, the service was amazing and friendly, a girl called Erin who works there was very attentive at our table and so polite :)
