Been to lots of different spoons and this was up in our 20s favourite ones. The staff were lovely and polite. Food to the usual standard.

As someone working in this sector for many years in varous countries,maybe a percentage of their till takings would help,especially when you and 4 others are at the bar and they serve the 6th,that walks in.Supposed to keep note,especially when 3/4 are working.

Your typical Wetherspoons. The pub's a bit shabby in places. The staff seemed friendly though and the service was quick.

Your standard weather spoons. A bit smaller than the others I've been to, but still contains the same style as all the rest. Only real problem I had was a pint of Doom Bar not tasting 100% correct, but that doesn't put me off the place.
It makes for a nice reliable spot for a drink and a snack in Walton vale. Be aware there is a steep ramp at the front doors. This can make it significantly harder to push a wheelchair user in, at least from my experience. It can also pose a risk if you are unstable on inclines.
Additionally, to my knowledge, there isn't any directly accessible permanent parking spots, so plan you trip accordingly.

A nice and friendly little Spoons. As we were in Walton Vale we called in for a lovely hot chocolate. It was quite hard to find as with other Spoons establishments that are big and unusual buildings, the Raven blended in with the local shops along the high street so is quite easy to miss. Once inside you get the feel of a cosy smallish interior with just one floor space and tgen slightly raised booths at the side. Service was quick and it was quite busy in there for an afternoon. You can imagine it being more locals in there as there is no car park so passing custom would easily miss it and possibly leave it as nowhere to park. Although this pub is very busy, service is quick. Staff are lovely, friendly & helpful. We ordered via the app & drinks were delivered promptly. The food was also very nice & there was a great menu. We went twice during our stay. We would definitely go again.
