Belter little place tucked away in L1, great prices on real ale, super friendly staff and all the locals bring this place to life… highly recommended if you’re in town, we had a great time
Really well run pub,staff brilliant,,10 of us were on a works reunion (BICC PRESCOT)on friday 30th june,there was a guy singing and playing guitar 🎸, I asked him would he play the beatles (hey jude)Paul McCartney,,he did and he was brilliant,,very talented guy top man,,,kevin
On two different nights out in Liverpool, we've finished the night in here.
Good old-fashioned pub with friendly staff.
When you've had a full night of pub to pub it's a great place to be able to find a seat!

Great wee pub, bar staff were great and clientele were very friendly.
Very lively as usual with a great crowd. Staff always wonderful and happy. Good selection of drinks. One of the best old bars in the city.
The staff at the pub were very welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, with a feeling of camaraderie amongst the customers. The space was spacious, meaning it wasn't too crowded and uncomfortable. The pints were of a very high quality, with a great taste and just the right amount of froth. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into the preparation. All in all, it was a great experience.
Loved every minute of it .. definitely visit again very soon ... ❣️❣️❣️
Great pub, no longer does food since new brewery takeover.
Fantastic pub a real boozer. Did not try the food on this occasion but next time we will .
