Plenty of good car parking spaces were available when my friend and myself went on Sunday afternoon. Staff first class and food well presented and well cooked. Atmosphere was just right. A really positive experience and will happily visit this establishment again in the future.

We had an outstanding carvery that wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for the wonderful customer service of Carol who went out of her way to look after us after a little mishap with online bookings. She was both attentive and caring towards us and is credit to you and has really made our evening and we can’t wait for our next visit

We visited to try the traditional Sundays Roast, Everything was fabulous except the Gamon, which was too salty. The Toby's gravy was really tasty. The amount off the regular size plate is enough, but you can enlarge your portion for a couple of pounds.

Nikki has really made my evening. She's been super attentive, helpful and with a good sense of humour. She made sure everything was okay and we enjoyed her company.
The Chinese chef in the carvery section was also very nice as well.
Food is great, particularly the roast beef. Also had a honeycomb sundae pudding which ended the meal on a good note.
Lovely atmosphere and lovely staff overall. ❤️

Love the carvery but disappointed as been looking forward to having lamb and they had run out and said it would be another 4 hours. Otherwise everything else was great. My son had booked for a table at 6 but we weren't able to sit down till 6.30 . Very busy, staff were friendly and polite.

Me, my son, partner & sister came here for our tea and was served by a lovely lady called Nikki, she was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, she had us in stitches with her brilliant personality. If only everyone would be like her she is fabulous!!
We love coming to this Carvery as it never fails to disappoint! The food is always spot on every time and always happy when we leave. The staff are all very nice happy people. We don’t live close to here but always happy to travel as most carvery’s are always hit and miss but Aigburth branch is always spot on every time and has the best service and staff!! Thank you! X

We enjoyed our meal. Restaurant was very nice and friendly staff members. This was a valentines day meal and we both enjoyed our experience.
From entering the Restaurant we didn't have to wait long to be served & seated. Meal was very well cooked and drinks came very quickly
