Love this place.
I ate here for the first time and it's fantastic. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere in there is great. The cafe is set out like the inside of a pig barn with corrugated steel ceiling, chip board and brick walls. Far from being a pig sty, the cafe is very clean and bright. The food is fantastic too, very homely and a good price. Would definitely come again 👍
Myself and my husband ate here for the first time today and we couldn't be any happier with what we received. The food is amazing, the toastie we had was to die for and the presentation of the food is great. The staff are happy and friendly. Keep up the good work 👍

How lucky we were to be told about the Pig Shed as it is unlikely we would have ventured into Garston looking for somewhere to Breakfast otherwise. This is a fabulous cafe which is decorated really well giving it a rustic theme. The owners, Polly and Andrew, are very warm and friendly people and make you very welcome. They are also mad keen about providing quality food and this is reflected in everything served here.
The Breakfast is superb. Only quality ingredients are used and they are freshly and perfectly cooked upon order. The Pig Trough Breakfast is very fairly and reasonably priced and consists of 2 sausages,2 rashers of bacon, black pudding, tomato, beans, mushroom, a perfect poached egg and toast.
The cliche “hidden gem” has never been more appropriate than in this case and It must surely be only a matter of time before they achieve “Best Breakfast” Awards. It really is THAT good.
Now that we have discovered the Pig Shed we will certainly be frequenting it not only for Breakfast but lunches too and now, knowing they do a Sunday Roast also, then I know where we will be having ours !
As an added bonus, when you leave, walk around the corner to Porkie Pies which they also own. We did and bought the best pies we have ever tasted !
Best brekkie in liverpool. High quality Ingredients and excellent value for money!! Super friendly staff and the place has such nice vibes. The menu is so exciting I can't wait to go back and try more!!
Good food at fairly reasonable price. It started as a breakfast joint but now does lunch and dinner and is licensed. Tucked away in Garston but is proving popular with locals and people who work locally.

We went on Sunday with my partner and has pie mash peas and the pies are excellent really tasty will be coming again
