I have never had better fried chicken, the best place in Liverpool to get some hot steamy and tender chicken..... I would suggest you to go at 1:30-2:00 pm to get freshly made chicken, in terms of cleanliness I would give it a 2/5 but overall the food is generally fresh and worth the price.

Update: 2 years later, still my favorite chicken joint in Liverpool. Now, I gotta admit, if I could eat fried chicken all day, I probably would, but, otherwise, outside of the perils of delivering to an apartment with somebody who will admit to being horrible on phones, my experience has been great, been let down with the fries one or twice which is meal crushing, but, overall, this place is literally like... I can't describe in terms how much I love the food here
