Subway

I have just popped into subway and the two members of staff who served me were absolutely fab. I don’t usually write reviews, especially for big corporate companies, however I think these two definitely deserve some extra credit for their customer service. Both so friendly which is rare to come across especially within the fast food industry! I hope they both see this and I also hope their manager gives them the recognition they deserve 😊

Visited on 22/10 at the lunchtime rush for an order for 10 people; I was scared as I thought the staff would go mad with such a large order at a busy time. But I was so wrong, a lovely; well presented lady called Erin served me; she was really smiley and cheerful and from the minute i walked in the door she put me at ease. Erin made my order up very efficiently and with care. Erin promoted the Subway brand really well and took time to go through the different sauces and breads with me; Erin was really pleasant and patient. Erin changed her gloves when making the veggie options which I appreciated. Erin offered to write the names of people on the orders which was great, so I didn’t get them mixed up and also wrote the prices down on my list, next to each name so I knew how much everyone needed to pay. Food was prepared to an excellent standard and everyone commented to say how well the sandwiches were made and how fresh they were. Overall, Erin was an absolute dream and I can’t thank her enough for the excellent service she provided. Erin made my day and is an excellent ambassador for Subway - thanks Erin.

The two young ladies on duty were very polite and helpful, I was a little upset that there was no cherry Pepsi but they tried their best to help but to no avail. The food was the same as most other subways, however the lettuce was a little limp. Could of got 5 stars if those little things hadn't happened.
