I asked for cheese on the whoppers and none of them had it . Bad enough the burgers are getting smaller

Fast and efficient service at this location. I occasionally have to wait for fresh food but nothing excessive, not even at lunch time. The staff here is always friendly unlike the location on Rt.31.

I love the Burger King in Oswego Eric's a consummate professional and one of the best fast food managers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting that's why I eat there cuz he knows customer service how to keep the food hot and make sure you get the right order great guy great facility great staff

They make a great impossible whopper. The guy in the drive through was exceptionally kind and courteous, wish more bks had employees like him. Clean outside, always receive sauces requested when ordering through door dash. Thanks for the great job, BK is my favorite@

Great deals when using their app. They also have Whopper Wednesdays, where you can get a regular or impossible Whopper for just $2. Recently remodeled very nice dining area.

This visit was well above what I experience normally. The bacon-cheese burger for a buck! YA!! My "kid" had that.... and ate it with vigor... although I am not sure what the dog really thought.....
I had a 1/4 pounder but with extra pickles, onions, and added some salt and mustard... MUCH BETTER than the normal!!! If you haven't tried adding the above try it, I think you will like it.

The managers here are great(dawn and ginger etc.)and the service and food always nice and tastes good. You get it pretty quick unless you have to wait for them to make a fresh one(cuz of business)which is always appreciated. I consider this "my burger king" cuz they always make me feel at home. I highly recommend this location. Consistent great food(as fast food goes and I visit here alot 😎👍😊❤)

This is 5 stars relative to every other Burger King. This branch has had consistently high standards and they are EXTRA friendly! It makes going to another BK not as nice.
I like BK, but is it a 5 star restaurant? Of course not, but it's pretty tasty and this one does it as well or better than any one I have been to in the last 7 years.
