I just left McDonald's with a Big Mac meal with lemonade. My drink was not lemonade. It tasted like lemon water. I believe the filter needed to be changed. I was almost home and was not going back for a drink. Next time I will take a sip before leaving the premises. Things like this happens especially on busy days. The server was pleasant.

I was actually super very impressed by this McDonald’s. Honestly, have not been to a McDonald’s like this in a very long time. It was really refreshing one of the employees we talked to was great kind and he was helping out the new girl at the desk which was great. I was just very impressed. I’ve been to McDonald’s in upscale neighborhoods and it was still trash but this one was one of the best I’ve seen. food came fast too.

absolutely love your manger Kayla , she’s the sweetest girl always makes sure I am well taken care of when I come in to order , always makes sure my food is cooked to order and isn’t stingy with the caramel and has never gave me a hard time even while doing everything herself ! She needs more recommendation ❤️

Honestly? One of the best McDonalds locations I've been to. Sure, the location gets incredibly busy, but that isn't the fault of the location. The service is fast and the older lady who typically works the first (payment) window is such a sweetheart. Give that woman a raise!

This branch is pretty good. Consistent food, service will vary from shift to shift. When using the app, I have more incidents of the order not clearing at this branch but it might not be their fault.

Very nice but we went inside and took several minutes for anyone to come to the counter to help, then before we had a chance to order they were called away. Drive thru is more important than in store guests, always, but my concern lies with the fact that there is a person dedicated to the front counter and should not be pulled when a customer, or many, stands waiting to order, which was the case.

Great service today! My food was fresh and everything was delicious. The best part about this location is the service. Two ladies Maya and Jada were so friendly taking my order and making sure I had everything I needed. Love when I receive service with a smile!

I have eaten McDonald's food since they first arrived in Syracuse somewhere around 60 years ago. I am one who happens to like it. I rarely have any service, extended wait, or food related issues with this location. I wish I could say the same about other locations. In my experience, the employees here don't have an attitude problem. They are courteous and serve with a smile. I appreciate them.
