Pizza Hut

I would love to, but I can’t give anymore stars because they were all in the kitchen the other night. Let me break it down. We showed up for dine in service, and there was a sign on the wall stating that they couldn’t offer table service, but customers were more than welcome to order, and eat at the tables, it would just be in a to-go box. We had a party of ten plus people for a friends birthday. They allowed us to push some tables together, and have a pleasant evening, without protest. Between us ordering, people coming and going, phone calls non stop, this crew had their hands on the wheel the entire time. They didn’t have to, but the kitchen crew treated us like sit down customers at a fine dining place. Food was great, service was top notch considering our situation, and the birthday boy had a blast. 10/10.

I had the problem below in the past but have been extremely satisfied ever since. There should be more than one person there. There was an order mix-up so he told me to wait a minute. Set the crust up for a stuffed crust pizza then he had to answer the phone. Told them to hold then he went back to working on the pizza with his bare hands he just answered the phone with. Eventually he asked my name and then went over to a bag and pulled my pizza I ut and gave it to me. I was surprised that it was all done when I came in and sat there another ten minutes. I had sat in the car for 15 minutes because they said it would take 25 minutes. He said "they only cook 8 minutes after they are made" I feel bad he was alone but there is no excuse for not washing his hands after answering the phone. This pizza hut is usually excellent. I will give them one more try before I take them out of my contacts.
