Like the many times we've been here, they are woefully understaffed. However, we are prepared with some toys and our server was prompt. Food was done correctly and came out in a reasonable amount of time.

We used to go to Friendly’s all the time until we moved to Florida in summer of 2021. If you live in Syracuse/Liverpool, do not take this iconic restaurant for granted! There aren’t many of them around.
When we went we had great service and the food was usually good. Of course the ice cream is great. If you have kids this is a great place to go.
This is an overdue review. I just saw a YouTube video about Friendly’s restaurants and got nostalgic. Am happy to see this one is still there and appears to be doing well.

I’m so happy to see friend Lisa still in town. Our server was fantastic. She was very busy yet friendly, kind, and a smile on your face. The food is always the best at Friendly’s.

Kyung G was amazing! Best service my friends ever had. She was the nicest server I ever had in my 23 years of living. Give her all the praise in the world. She managed everything so well for us and made our experience the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I could go on and on about how amazing and kind she was to us.

The wait staff was fast and courteous. There was no complaints about how quickly everything was going the waitress we had was very fun I truly enjoyed eating at friendly's after all these years

We got there at their busiest time and it was about a 40 minute wait. Totally fine, the line was out the door. We went back to our car to look at the menu and decide what we wanted while we waited. We went back in, around about 35 mins later. We were pretty much immediately sat. The hostess was also out waitress and she was amazing. She was doing the work of 3 positions and still made everyone happy. Food was great and hot! I will be coming here again, but I might go for a less busy time. :) Would have been 5 stars, but management needs to add a few more to the team, so their workers aren't so stretched. The service was 5+!!!

I haven't been to a Friendly's in well over a decade due to not living near one. Since I was visiting friends in the area, I BEGGED to go back and they happily obliged, never being to one before. Happy to say our waitress was overly kind and you have two new Friendly's fans! I will definitely return if I come back to the area :D

Great staff that were very attentive. Food was just as described. Service was fast. Who doesn't love ice cream with their meal? Very busy on Valentine's Day that happened to also be a Friday night dinner rush, but they handled it quite well!
