The toilets have been out of use for well over 3 months, is this legal? Seems they don't wanna do their job they always no matter how early i go have chairs on tables feels like your not welcome as a paying customer to sit down and enjoy your lunch. Also the upstairs is always blocked too. Just close down at this point.
