Great place with the best food, ambiance and atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, the service is prompt and punctual and the hygiene is always up to standards too.
It has beautiful interiors with live jazz music in the night! Always a nice experience to go and dine here! It can also be a nice choice for special occasions as the ambience is beautiful with high ceilings! I am not too familiar with french cuisine but enjoyed the food on both occasions! It would be amazing if they increased the options in their meal plans!
Amazing place for some great food and desserts. Quick service and the dishes are very tasty. Wi surely visit again.
A really good place with a very beautiful variety of different food items and drinks that are freshly made and served at reasonable prices and prompt and punctual service. Highly recommended.

Very nice place. Great food, great ambiance. The meat was tasty and very tender, the presentation is very nice and the music amazing. The lemon tart was delicious. Recommended
The atmosphere and ambiance is simply amazing! Great staff and the food is top notch. As for portion size it could be a little more seeing how the restaurant is pretty expensive - the dishes I ordered were actually pretty big sized but seeing people around me have a plate with only 40% covered in food is a bit disheartening. The cheesecake and lemon meringue was bomb and worth an order and as it was a special occasion for my GF and I, they organised a nice little surprise when we ordered dessert. Great experience and worth a visit!
This place is wonderful. Not only was the decor lovely, but the meal and the service were topnotch as well. Prices, for Central London, were very reasonable and the ambience made it a very special time for me and my friends. Will definitely visit Brasserie Zédel every time I’m in London.
An amazing experience! The food is good, service is good and lovely live jazz music! What could I ever want? I liked all courses except puding (not dessert but a main course.) perfect for special occasions
was there after a concert. really nice restaurant and authentic french feel to it. good food, staff and very entertaining live band playing good music.
I seem to be going against the crowd here, but I wasn't very impressed. The decor is lovely, and the service is good, but the food was pretty average. They do have a gluten free menu which is helpful, but I ordered the chicken in a cream sauce with mushrooms, and that was really not what I got. My chicken had been cooked in a red wine with lots of tomato, there were mushrooms, but the sauce was not creamy, and was barely thickened from the braising liquid. Hubby had gluten free pumpkin soup for starters and did like that, so I suppose the dishes were hit and miss.
Proper fast food. Came here an hour before a theatre showing and had our food served to us literally 1-2 minutes after selecting from the menu. Classic French items, which don't have the biggest appeal for me, but they tasted very good nonetheless. We paid up 25 minutes after arriving (15% service included in the bill).
The atmosphere is a real basement buzz, a combination of chatter and the jazz singers bouncing off all six walls. You start to forget you're literally by/beneath Piccadilly Circus.
This place was my family's first Michelin restaurant in London, we had great meals and desserts, the price is worthy, the location is cool, there are a pub, a theater in the same building. I think that it's a good place for a family's dinner. Oh~ their onion soup is soooooo good ! I still remember the taste!!
Great French brasserie and food is generally very good. Service can be a bit hit and miss and this time they were training several new members who clearly were very new. The decor is amazing and the live band definitely adds to the atmosphere. Worth a visit if you're in the area
Nice surprise. Street level is not necessarily promising, but the further down you go, the better it gets. Good food. Pleasant service. Very nice atmosphere. Good value for money 👏
Great Gluten free menu in this fantastic Art Deco Cafe . The food was amazing great service. Whole experience was like going back in time. We stumbled across this as we went to the theatre across the road. The venue is a cafe restaurant and music / Cabaret venue. Definitely be returning .
Stunning French art deco venue perfect for lunch or dinner.
Food is great and so is the service. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
Amazing atmosphere, make sure to book a table in advance. The food is definitely worth it. You can mix and match the menus to your liking. The chocolate tart dessert is exceptional, make sure to try it out.
The brasserie also offers other options for coffee, a bar and a night show. The place feels as if you traveled back in time. Check it out even if you do not dine there!
Hidden underground right in the heart of Piccadilly Circus, this restaurant is perfect in terms of location! A large open restaurant with very French vibes, the food and the service here are good, great for a date where you can slip into the bar americain next door for a delicious cocktail.
What an incredible place! Throws you back in time. It really feels like you have traveled in time to pre war era restaurants and bars. It’s a massive room with a 1920’s vibe. The American bar next to it is also special. Absolutely love this hidden gem In London. The steaks and soufflés here are magical and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to be transported to a magical place.
We were very happy with the food, the atmosphere was great. There was live performance during dinner and we quite enjoyed it. Staff were nice but service was a bit slow.
