Amazing service and food as usual! I went for my 2 year anniversary with my boyfriend, and mentioned this in my reservation. Immediately upon arriving, we were seated in a private booth-style table, and given two glasses of Prosecco and some prawn crackers on the house, which was really nice. The servers were very attentive throughout the whole time, and congratulated us on our anniversary. The dimsum and lychee rose cocktail was excellent as always, and especially since we went at happy hour time, was of a reasonable price.

Ping Pong Dim Sum in Covent Garden is a solid choice for those looking to enjoy some Chinese cuisine. The service is attentive and the ambiance is cozy and stylish. The standout dish for me was the black prawn dumplings, which were delicious and definitely worth trying. The vegetable buns were also a good choice. If you're in the mood for a cocktail, the rose and lychee martini is a favourite I return to every time. The waiters are friendly and helpful, making for an enjoyable dining experience.

I love Ping Pong and have been to quite a few of the branches in Central London. I've been to Covent Garden branch quite a few times now. Decided to have lunch here with my friend, we had the Ping Pong selection which is always a good choice and good value for the money. You get some duck spring rolls, crispy and steamed dumplings and sticky vegetable rice. We also had the fried chicken with was tasty. The flowering tea was refreshing. They lost one star because for some weird reason the prawn toast and ribs have been removed from the menu!! Please bring them back!

The manager said only reservations for lunch but let us have a table near the door which was fine for us. The food was amazing very flavourful and beautifully presented. Drinks were on par and service impeccable. My new favorite next time in the Covent Garden/ Soho area

Great experience. The servers were very polite, though the host at the front was a little rude. The food was amazing I ate much more then I probably should have simply because I wanted to try as much as possible. They have a wide assortment of vegan and vegetarian options. The process of ordering was a little confusing, you are meant to mark what you want on a paper menu but at one point the person taking my order didn’t use the paper but at another point they did use the paper. It was just a little confusing overall. They also recommend that you order 3 to 5 dishes. I ended up ordering 5 because I wanted to but I do wonder if there are limitations on ordering 2 or 6.

We dined as a group and had the top floor space to ourselves. Food was fresh and amazing dumplings served authentically in a steam basket. The set group menu was perfect. Esta served us and she was so friendly. I highly recommend

I enjoyed my bottomless brunch experience, I liked how they have wine included as part of the bottomless brunch. I’d say the food was really good I would defiantly come back for the food. There was good speedy service for the food. I felt like the bottomless brunch was good value as you got to try a lot of food.

Good choice for dumplings dinner.. they have other options if you don’t want dumplings only. Duck salad was good portion and delicious. The beef Gyoza was great too. They have multiple locations.

Very tasty food. However ordering can be confusing, staff sometimes forget to add everything, and portion sizes are pretty small for the price you pay - spent £40 each for 3 people and left still wanting more. However, most of the food was delicious, didn't take too long for food and drinks to arrive, and tables were cleaned quickly.
