Chicago Rib Shack

Since we entered this lovely decorated restaurant we enjoyed throughout our evening! The staff welcomed us very nicely with smiles on their faces and the service provided was so nice and kind! Petra who served us whole evening was very friendly and recommended us what to order (the St Luis ribs were really good). She came back during our dinner to ensure we had everything we needed and everything was ok. This amazing service made our dinner even better and we will definitely come back! PS: They don’t have an alcohol licence at the moment, so bring your own booze if you are fancy a wine :)

Just got back from a lovely evening with my daughter at the rib shack. From entering the premises the members of staff who seated us was welcoming and very friendly. (Should have taken her name). The food came quickly and was hot and very tasty. the cocktails were lovely and the same member of staff gave suggestions on what was the nicest cocktail. The other female member of staff was also very friendly and they both asked us on more than one occasion if everything was okay. Could not fault the resturant the staff or the food. And considering one of the lovely members of staff is pregnant she does not let that slow her down or give less of a service to customers. And all this is done with a constant smile. Will definitely be going back. Would 100% recommend

Wonderful location really close to the overground stop, so it is easy to arrive. The place is comfortable and well organised. We had a really good dinner, with two amazing hamburgers, fries and nachos. Every thing was really good, also the price. We will come back there for sure, thanks to their brilliant staff, which is really polite, nice and helpful. Really suggested :)

Amazing Location. The lighting, layout and decor in the the venue is extremely impressive with a fresh clean look. The waiting staff are extremely polite, warm, friendly and are willing to help with any question you may have about the food on the menu. The restaurants setting and furniture is comfortable, the also provides a high chair for toddler's. The Food is served from an open kitchen and is what you would expect from an USA food establishment, on par with that of TGI fridays, but with better food in my opinion. The Drinks are OK, with the no alcoholic section being a bit limited. The Venue has a bar where you can sit and order Alcohol, which is a great edition if you don't want to eat. The other amenities of the venue are a T.V. male, female and disabled toilets, unfortunately though their is no outside seating.

A visit here totally satisfied my cravings for the proper American BBQ flavour. BBQ wings starter with blue cheese dip, tender ribs that fall apart from the bones, crispy chips, warm chocolate brownie... Took me right back to the States. It's not American portion, but that's OK - nobody can eat that much!
