Highly satisfied with my microblading experience at Zaku Epsom. I booked this appointment purely on the good reviews I read here and I’m glad I took the leap of faith. Shanice is very skilled at her work and was also so kind to explain every detail of the process to me as well as the kind of results I could expect to get. With the process itself I fully trusted her expertise and I can say I was not disappointed at all. When I looked in the mirror after the session my eye brows looked amazing. Her assistant was also very nice and kept me comfortable when I waited for the numbing cream to take effect. Overall a great experience and really kind and friendly people. I definitely recommend and will be returning for subsequent sessions.

Been going to shanice to get my micro-needling done and she’s been amazing! Firstly done me a good package as I wanted a couple sessions done which was really good value. Throughout each session she’s been really lovely to chat to whilst she’s doin her thing, all done very professionally and super hygienic too. Would recommend her and she’s now my go to if I need more work done :)

Samira was so detailed with my combo brows. She spent a long time perfecting the shape and hairs, when she was finished she looked and assessed several times than told me to lay down so she could add a few more hairs. That’s how thorough she was, made me feel like Zaku had my best intentions at heart 🙌🏼🫶🏼

Great service and very friendly and professional staff. Been to see both Shanice and Samira a few times each for microneedling and both have been lovely and reassuring with a procedure I had never had before and was nervous about. Very happy with the results, have one more session of microneedling and then will definitely be going back for other facials !

I am absolutely delighted and over the moon with ZAKU service. I rented a beauty space in their Clapham salon, which is amazing. The whole clinic is extremely clean, modern and makes a great start experience for my clients :) Shanice, the owner and her workers were always helpful and welcoming for me and my clients who also really appreciated great atmosphere in ZAKU.
