Love this place! Along with great value for money I had one of the best burgers I've ever had! The stuff are super friendly and the hole place is so cute and comfy. Will definitely return
From top to bottom spot on. Staff are polite and helpful, the food is super value, decor is excellent and above all...the drink is top notch. Highly recommended if you are anywhere near Liverpool St, Moorgate, old street or Farringdon and want to enjoy a few jars before home or a decent meal with your partner. Also good for bookings in large numbers with a great downstairs area available.
A must visit for anyone with a pulse.
The entire team were passionate and inviting. The food and wine is second to none in the area and would highly recommend to anyone outside Brixton area to make the trip and indulge in the intimacy and charm of this place. It was magical and I’m under it’s spell
I was meeting a friend for lunch who was hosting a training seminar nearby. At first we thought we'd dine at the outdoor restaurant in the square, but it was raining. We then looked in at a sushi place but that seemed to crowded. Half a block down the street we saw Finch's and they were perfect. Finch's is a warm and inviting English Pub with a bar and cozy seating in the rear. The staff were welcoming, the food delicious and the prices fair and reasonable. I would definetly come here again.
Had a PHENOMENAL going away party (private karaoke hang in the basement, we brought our machine/mics, about 20 ppl), everything was perfect! The vibe is great, gorgeous setting, incredible staff, price was FANTASTIC! Very communicative manager, Hannah and Dom were beyond helpful/lovely!
I only popped in for 1 drink befire an event but will definitely go back to try and add the extra star. Really busy night so I was surprised that the server was so quick and friendly with the service. Nice pint but remember that you are paying London prices
A pleasant bar on City road, opposite the north end of Finsbury Square. Wooden floors under a laid back open bar area, plenty of room for dining too. A good selection of beers, both cask and keg on offer. Also, lots of gin to sample. Happy attentive staff behind the bar, service was quick, polite and cheerful. Why Finch's? Henry H Finch is written on one wall, perhaps the 16-17th century lawyer/politician.
An enjoyable place to stop off for a drink or for lunch in a pleasant informal setting.
Had a stunning breakfast here with a work colleague. Best breakfast in a very longtime. I will be returning. Staff were friendly and efficient 🙂
What a find! We started upstairs and when it got a bit busy as it was a Thursday night we headed downstairs to their cosy cocktail bar. We enjoyed some great bar snacks, a great selection of wines by the glass and the service was excellent. Will definitely come again!
Traditional gastropub with excellent quality food! I visited recently for a corporate event on a Friday evening and it was packed! Our dedicated area was catered to with a nice selection of food that was delicious. Decent service and variety of drinks on offer. Good decor and clean toilets. Don't think there's more you can ask off a pub?

Great service, amazing selection of beers. Had a sandwich that was super delicious! Definitely coming back for more!
Great people. Walked in for a quick drink and asked to use the disabled toilets as i suffer from ocd, in which they understood and allowed me too.
Very nice and understanding people will for sure come in again in the Nate future as I work 10 mins away and it’s on my route to and from work.
