Not the most amazing sushi but it's fast and affordable. Also, the 50% off half an hour before most of the stores close is an absolutely win!

Had the veggie sushi box, it was pretty good and filling. The staff were very friendly, helping me get my student discount and download the Itsu app to get rewards.

I had the best experience with the staff at this it, and I wish I could remember the name of the two staff members. One was wearing a headscarf and the other was a polish lady. Extremely helpful and honestly the customer service was impeccable. Thank you

I visited this branch of Itsu twice in a week. I would like praise both ladies, Viola and the one working in the kitchen preparing food, who in both occasions, have been very kind and professional. The food is delicious as usual. Visited today Wednesday the 21/09/2022 in the evening at 6 PM. Thanks very much.

Itsu does not disappoint if you want tasty and healthy food on the go. The Chicken Teriyake Brown Rice bowl is a favourite and very filling when you're hungry.

Good sushi although I don’t quite like the chilli chicken udon, which tastes more like Thai food than Japanese food. Can be very busy during workday lunchtime!

I had a chilli chicken udon soup + an extra poached egg. The service was prompt and the staff can speak English! Phew, this is not a joke in London. If you have a special dietary requirement, please speak to a member of the team. Itsu is good, highly recommended.
