Great food, fabulous selection of drinks. Added bonus of many discounts throughout the week too as well as lowered prices if you're staying at one of their great rooms. About which, the quality of fixtures is great - rooms even come equipped with a fridge but then no light switches for bedside lamps, how bizarre!
Staff are absolutely great - always attentive and welcoming!
Added bonus of being a very short walk away from Wimbledon Park.

We held our sons 1st birthday party at the Woodman last weekend and it was an incredible day. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make the day so special.
They sectioned off an area for our guests and allowed us to put up decorations as we pleased. I wasn't sure how much food to order but in the end, we had more than enough and everyone raved about how great it tasted. I bulk bought 6 bottles of wine which they gave me a great discount for too. Overall, I would happily book the Woodman for another event. The quality of food and alcohol for the price charged, especially for the area, was superb.

More dog groomers than pubs,but we found the woodman and it's lovely here . Amy was the perfect host and even though there was drizzle outside ,inside just us dribbling our beer

Great pub, perhaps one of my favourites in London. Paul, who was on shift the two days we went, was great and made the place feel nothing at all like London.. friendly and local!
Pints were good, and well priced on happy hour (!!) and the pub quiz was great too on the Tuesday.. all I’ll say is that the poor pub quiz master needs a microphone, because he had to shout pretty much all evening!

This pub has so many going for it, the staff really go out of there way to make you welcome. The pub hold regular events, I particularly enjoy the soul nights, great fun.
