They sell pre-packaged sushi bento boxes and some hot meal bowls primarily for take-outs. You have an option of dining-in--seating is limited, though.
As we were looking around to decide on what we wanted, a kind store worker informed us if we were dining-in, hot meals would be more economical since they would be taxed less. I guess sushi boxes would be taxed more for some reason. I appreciated that piece of information and thought it was a good customer service taking care of your potential patrons. We decided on a couple of hot bowls (photos).
Food was pretty good though chicken katsu was very crispy and dry around the edges--it must've dried out a little under the hot warmers. I dunked my chicken in curry sauce and made it softer. I thought those bowls had a good amount of food for the money. We enjoyed our meals, and we were full for our long bus ride back to Oxford and on to Whitney.
The shop looks very clean, bright and modern. I'd say it's a relatively new location.
Delicious Japanese /oriental food. Hot food was hot enough to eat in, soup been reheated and was hot 😉, sushi very tasty.
Limited space when eating in, but plenty of people come for take-away.
Highly recommended!
Great value for the food. Tried a chicken curry bento which wasn't perfect though as good as it could for a premade meal.
Very kind and helpful staff made it an even better experience.
Fast food restaurant for sushi (various combinations), soups (4 types) and hot food. Everything is fresh and ready in boxes, just take, pay and eat. Pleasant and tasty
Hans Zimmer Live - wonderful atmosphere, amazing gig and sounds .
First time to eat in wasabi. The girl staff is really kind and friendly!! Btw It’s nice to eat some hot food on a rainy day in London!
I Always enjoyed a meal there either cooked or Sushi 🍣 😋 is delicious 😋
Not the best Asian restaurant you will find, but for a quick bite it does the job.
The price is also fair. I paid around 15 pounds for a main, drink and Appetizer. Location is directly next to the train station .
The only thing left to say about Wasabi is the food. The portions were much better looking and with more veggies and curry last year than this year. They really minimized them, and if you compare with the price, it's not really worth it especially in this location, around Victoria Station.
I can't wait to go back for spicy sushi roll and tofu Tom yum soup.
