Stunning French art deco venue perfect for lunch or dinner. Food is great and so is the service. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Proper fast food. Came here an hour before a theatre showing and had our food served to us literally 1-2 minutes after selecting from the menu. Classic French items, which don't have the biggest appeal for me, but they tasted very good nonetheless. We paid up 25 minutes after arriving (15% service included in the bill). The atmosphere is a real basement buzz, a combination of chatter and the jazz singers bouncing off all six walls. You start to forget you're literally by/beneath Piccadilly Circus.

First visit but will be first of many I'm sure. Food was delicious and the decor is a sight to behold. I had steak tartare for starter, pork chop for main and profiteroles for dessert. I'm looking forward to going back and working through the menu

Very cool French brasserie and really affordable - their £20 Prix Fixe menu is great! The decor is really cool and our waitress was very attentive. There was even live music when we were there. We will be back to check out their cabaret and bar

This place was my family's first Michelin restaurant in London, we had great meals and desserts, the price is worthy, the location is cool, there are a pub, a theater in the same building. I think that it's a good place for a family's dinner. Oh~ their onion soup is soooooo good ! I still remember the taste!!

Nice surprise. Street level is not necessarily promising, but the further down you go, the better it gets. Good food. Pleasant service. Very nice atmosphere. Good value for money 👏

We were very happy with the food, the atmosphere was great. There was live performance during dinner and we quite enjoyed it. Staff were nice but service was a bit slow.

What an incredible place! Throws you back in time. It really feels like you have traveled in time to pre war era restaurants and bars. It’s a massive room with a 1920’s vibe. The American bar next to it is also special. Absolutely love this hidden gem In London. The steaks and soufflés here are magical and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to be transported to a magical place.

I went for food with two colleagues after work and they picked this place. It was a complete surprise to go down the stairs and find the quirky French restaurant there. We were a walk in and would have had to wait an hour for a table but we were offered and seated immediately at the bar. The menu is a bit different and you can order to suit a budget, there are prix fixe and other set menu options. We ordered a mix off both set and a La carte, starters, mains and one dessert. There was plenty of supply of fresh bread and butter also. We had a bottle of wine and one extra drink on top each and it came to £45 each for the 3 of us including service charge (of 15%). Not bad for this part of London and the food was pretty good. There was live entertainment on the stage throughout and a bustling atmosphere. Staff were great.

Hidden underground right in the heart of Piccadilly Circus, this restaurant is perfect in terms of location! A large open restaurant with very French vibes, the food and the service here are good, great for a date where you can slip into the bar americain next door for a delicious cocktail.
