Was served throughout the night by your employee jamila and received excellent service! Food was quick and had a great time pumpkin carving. Jamila did a great job with recommending what we could eat and drink and we definitely were impressed!

We arrived a bit early as 3 adults (2 elderly and with mobility issues) then joined later by 3 more (1 adult and 2 kids). The staff were great and had no problem expanding the original booking of 3, and pointing out where the accessibility bathroom was which added a lot of comfort and confidence for the oldies when they needed to go. Food was prompt and enjoyable with a nice wide selection for vegans/non-vegans. We had a very nice afternoon out at Paddington Basin and the LockHouse made up 2 hours of our enjoyment, thank you staff!

I'd walked past this place a few times now and for once I finally got the opportunity to go with my mates. On the day, what standed most was the spectacular service. One particular bar lady called Lauren helped me and my friend chose the right cocktail to each of my friends likings. Truly amazing customer service. Thanks Lauren!

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the chicken pie at the Lockhouse. We had the pie with a couple of gin & tonics, the staff is absolute amazing - Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. I would like to come back here again and again.

Lovely afternoon lunch with a group of friends - fantastic location and Julieanne was attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Food hot and tasty and with a wide range of choice.

I visited the venue with 8 other people and we enjoyed our visit to Lockhouse
The food was very good and the portions were large. Very easy to find and the location is good. Julieanne was very welcoming and tried her best to find alternative food for people with food intolerances.

I believed there is some error on my previous reviews. It should be a 4 stars not 3 stars. Sorry for this.
It was a nice place to meet up with old friends, we ordered two set of fish and chips.
The fish was a bit cold, but overall the food is good.
The service and atmosphere is great.
