I am a Family Support Worker for Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity and on Tuesday I came along with one of our mums for a much needed break and lunch which was kindly donated by your restaurant. The food was absolutely lovely and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I love the way the restaurant is decorated (especially the toilets) and both the food and the cocktail menus were brilliant. I will definitely be coming back again in my personal time and recommending Lockhouse to other people. Thank you for a great experience.
Good food. Great value. Fun vibe. Location, quality and service all really good. Simple menu, value wine list. Deserves to be busy. It's loud !!

It was a nice place to meet up with old friends, we ordered two set of fish and chips.
The fish was a bit cold, but overall the food is good.
The service and atmosphere is great.
I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the chicken pie at the Lockhouse. We had the pie with a couple of gin & tonics, the staff is absolute amazing - Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. I would like to come back here again and again.
Lovely afternoon lunch with a group of friends - fantastic location and Julieanne was attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Food hot and tasty and with a wide range of choice.

I have been here several times and always feel happy when i left. I love the atmosphere of downstairs and upstairs. You can hang out with friends or even work on your laptop at some corner there.
I love fish and chips there. Plus their burgers is also nice. However, their truffle fries is a bit meh 🫤 cuz the smell of truffle is only just a bit.
I still remember Leo, one of the staff, since last year. I was impressed with his service.

Was served throughout the night by your employee jamila and received excellent service! Food was quick and had a great time pumpkin carving. Jamila did a great job with recommending what we could eat and drink and we definitely were impressed!
First time visitor. Was walking by and looked like a good place to have a drink. Glad I did. Great atmosphere. Special thanks to Lauren. Remembered my order without me having to ask again! Double thumbs up for that👍👍

Great pub with delicious food! Very happy and helpful staff members made sure that we were promtly served all the time!We had amazing day there with our kids while carving pumpkins! The decor and layout is nice ! We will definitely be back there!
We arrived a bit early as 3 adults (2 elderly and with mobility issues) then joined later by 3 more (1 adult and 2 kids). The staff were great and had no problem expanding the original booking of 3, and pointing out where the accessibility bathroom was which added a lot of comfort and confidence for the oldies when they needed to go. Food was prompt and enjoyable with a nice wide selection for vegans/non-vegans. We had a very nice afternoon out at Paddington Basin and the LockHouse made up 2 hours of our enjoyment, thank you staff!
The Lockhouse team were great communicators in the lead up to the event I was arranging and on hand on the day to respond to additional requests we had.
The selection of food available was a good mix for all dietary requirements as well as lots of package options for drinks too.
Would highly recommend for a work social!
Dave and his team were amazing. We did a team drinks and everything was great. Can’t thank them enough. Would recommend to everyone. The whole group had a great time
