Darjeeling

We have enjoyed eating at the Darjeeling for years. We always receive a warm welcome and great service.We really love the variety of dishes on the menu.Friends have dined here with us ,and it is always a success. Many lovely evenings have been spent in the relaxed and calm atmosphere of this lovely restaurant.

We had the mushroom rice and mushroom bargi main course and the lamb tikka biriani and poppadoms while we were waiting for our meal, the food was really lovely and tasty, and plenty to eat, the staff are really nice and friendly, I would recommend this India restaurant to any body who enjoys nice tasty food, the last time I was there I had the lamb shank, it was really nice and tender and tasty, 10 out of 10,excelent evening out, I will certainly be going back again.

I was In London for the weekend craving Indian food glad we came across this place . We ordered a mix of food between us all and had a taste of each other’s dishes. All of them were great tasting but the Vindaloo was the one to remember. The staff were also very attentive and friendly . I’ll be back the next time I’m in London. Keep it up .

Had a wonderful time at The Darjeeling tonight for our 6 Year Wedding anniversary ❤ The food was amazing and the staff were so polite and attentive! They gave us a complimentary drink each before we left aswell and gave our daughter an cute toy ice cream to take home! Absolutely loved it and will definitely be going back again! Thank you for such a wonderful evening xx

Great restaurant -- best Indian I've had in London. I'm originally from Bradford so trust me when I say I know a good curry house. I'm actually shocked by how quiet it has been when I've come in with my partner. There are cut outs of newspapers where this place has won awards for its food. All I can think is it needs a bit better marketing. Both times I've come with my partner, we've come in for the banquet menu which is on a Monday and Thursday. This is a great deal where you get a poppadom with dips, any main, any side and rice or naan for £12.99. The servings are a really good size as well. The staff are friendly and very professional. The place has a really classy feel to it. I would strongly recommend.
