Won a meal for 2 and dashed on Sat evening. It's in a food court with a typical layout for any burritos. Ordered burritos, tacos, corn chips and salsa.
Burritos were very filling and I can barely manage to complete it. However it lacked a special taste and it felt like eating Mexican rice, tortillas and beans separately. My comparison is with chipotle whose burritos has a special zing.
Tacos had no hard shell and just felt like mini burritos. Hot salsa was mild by my standard.
Will not recommend for any foodie. If you wanna fill your tummy, go for it.
What a yummy delicious, quick order. Stumbled in after a long day at work, the gentleman serving was fabulous. I asked him to prepare me anything , he bought best. He whipped up, rice, beans, chicken meat, sauce, chilly, onions. To take away.
Substantial and delicious.

Service amazing. Good size portion with the rice plate (but I find that this depends on the person serving!) - tasty, full of flavour and just right. It's a shame seeing people being unreasonable with their reviews, giving 3 stars with no explanation and other silly comments that doesn't contribute to knowing what to expect at a Burrito place Enjoy.
This restaurant is located inside the Westfield Mall. My husband was hungry for PHO Soup, and I decided on this restaurant, which is like Chipotle. I ordered a bowl with shredded beef, pinto and black beans, rice, sour cream, cheese and salsa. The restaurant seems pretty popular, with a long line the entire time I was eating. The food was quite good, and was reasonably priced. My dinner was less than 10 £. I have attached menu 😋

Tortilla makes some of the best burritos in London, combined with a great price! Make sure to download your app as you get some free perks and birthday gifts. Staff in Westfield were actually pretty nice, but as in many Tortilla places, I have visited people are pretty sad and tired, even a little rude. I'm not sure what the conditions and salaries are but perhaps staff satisfaction should be improved in order to provide a better service.
Excellent food, fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Service was efficient and the price was more than fair for the portion sizes.
Taste was quite good
Staff are just too busy to handle large amount of orders yet still very polite. Go for the taco instead of quesadilla which claimed to be quite a long wait.
This branch is inside the Westfield Mall in Shepherd’s Bush. It is located in the Food Court in the First Floor.
It is my birthday today so I was able to get a free Burrito. They sent me a voucher thru e-mail after I registered in their loyalty program.
I chose the large burrito with tomato rice, black beans, carnitas, onion, guac, sour cream, and medium spicy salsa. The carnitas were incredible.
This was very tasty. I loved it. It was so big and saucy that is why it is kind of messy to eat but who am I to complain about this free birthday lunch.
But honestly, the best part of was the kindness of the guy at the till. He was very nice and helpful. So, whoever you are who served me at the till today 14 July 2023 at lunch time, you made my day extra special. Many thanks!
