very delicious and satisfying to eat, a little criticism would be that it does make you thirsty now I don't know if its because I was full that day, it would be great if you served small fresh milk with it, nevertheless easily the best dessert place out there it really brings my mood up.

Delicious cookie dough that cannot be faulted! There’s nothing else quite like it. Having said this, a few changes could make the customer experience so much better. We stood and waited around 15/20 minutes from the time of order (would have been fine if we’d been warned it would be so long!). Customers were standing around, confused because there was no clear way to queue and no difference between the “order” and “pick-up” points. Staff were unsure about who had ordered what and in what order (there didn’t appear to be any ticketing system they just shouted the orders to each other, meaning some got forgotten/muddled up and had to ask the waiting customers to help them remember).
The fact that the product is so good is really the saving grace and the thing that keeps me coming back! It’s a shame the customer service isn’t yet up to the same level…

The Brownie with 2 ice cream scoops was amazing! I recommend it. Luke and Marie recommended this and I'm glad I've tried it. They were both lovely and very professional. Great place!

Very good portion size, neither I or my friend could finish it (which meant my sister got a surprise treat at home!). The dough is warm and soft and not too sweet and the stacks make a good combination with the soft serve ice cream. Would return here in the future.
