One of the best (if not the best) pasta places in town. There sauces are top notch, with their carbonara and amatriciana being my favourites.

One of the best pastas in town! super affordable - love the bread that they put at the bottom of the box that soaks up all the flavours!

Guido's is the antidote to the likes of fast "Italian" lunch spots in the City that peddle under seasoned, overcooked, soggy and tasteless pastas. They cook all their pastas to order (al dente, of course) and finished in the pan with the sauces, and you have the option of adding a slice of bread to the bottom of the portion (it's an Italian thing, apparently), as well as a sprinkle of parmesan and black pepper on top. All the flavours are great too (although the Nduja one I tried was the only one that didn't quite hit the spot - I think it could have done with a little more sauce), with specials that come in every now and then as well. I've not timed them, but each order doesn't seem to take too long to prepare (even though they're made to order), and even during their lunch rush they are just as efficient, and you can see each order being made in a production line in front of you. I just love it here.

Good pasta overall, but I wish they would mix the pasta with the sauce better. They put a good amount of sauce in the pan during preparation but oftentimes they don’t mix it enough. As a result, I notice that a lot of sauce is left on the pan and half the pasta in my box is not coated with sauce. The pasta would be much better if the staff took just a few more seconds to toss the pasta and make sure more of the sauce ends up in the box rather than left in the pan.

Very tasty options - I just wish they were bigger portions but I guess that’s common with Italian chains.

I've been having my pasta here on almost a weekly basis for a few years now. Cheap and good!

Excellent pasta!! The sauces are really good. Totally recommended. Best pasta in London. However, I do not recommend the tiramisu, the biscuit was dry the two times I tried it. Pasta de la Nonna is very good though
