Hot damn that was some pork! Make sure you add that duck egg and apple sauce!!!

This is the place for pork! It is amazingly juicy and yet the skin is crispy and crunchy. Love this so much. Took a friend today since only out on Saturday and Sunday. Ordered a 300 gram pork and apple sauce with it. It’s always perfect! I can just say you must try this pork. He makes sandwiches and platters as well. I just always go for the pork. It’s my favorite!

One of the BEST sandwiches I’ve had…the skin was so crisp and crunchy and meat so tender and it didn’t feel greasy at all…impeccable service too…they use the best ingredients and you can tell that in the quality of every bite. My go to when down Brick Lane!

OUTSTANDING takeaway food. Part of the regular Imperial Wharf Food Market that includes many pop-up takeaways. Pigling Street food is cooked in front of your eyes using the finest ingredients. The result is simply delicious. I had a bacon and egg roll: Beautiful bacon, glorious fresh egg on a brioche roll spread with bacon butter. Absolutely yummy. Worth going out of your way to experience. The ownwrs/staff are delightful too.

Now this is a GREAT street food! Full of flavour, great proportion, well presented, very delicious, all ingredients are high quality, good mixture of food types in the dish. Very good value for money. The staff are friendly, welcoming and service is quick.
Enjoy :)

Crispy outside, tender and juicy inside. What else do you want?
My friend and I went to Brick Lane Market hoping to get some late breakfast food, and we ended up sharing a big box from these guys. Contained assorted veggies, with some apple and spicy sauces as a base, topped with the incredible pork they were slowly cooking on the grill and an egg, just to make the mix richer. The price was alright, since the box came with a good amount of the melt-in-yer-mouth pork.

Came to have my first ever proper pork bap. It came with perfectly cooked pork, including crackling, a runny duck eggs, apple sauce and lettuce. I'm not usually a big fan of pork, but I really enjoyed this. You can have it with spicy sauce as well, but I liked the sweet flavour from the apple sauce which went really well with the pork. The crackling was fantastic, so crispy and great, with minimal fat.
I had to knock a star off because mine also included some string used to tie the pork together which got stuck in my teeth (better there than in my belly).
Really nice people who were running the stand who explained to us why they use pigs before they mature and start building up hormones which changes the flavour of their meat.
