Been going here for a while now and can confirm the pain of waxing becomes less and less with each session and that is bc of the customer service. Absolutely loveee Maria, she does an amazing wax job on my Hollywood, underarms and leafs and also makes me super comfortable. Highly recommend visiting.

Amazing! Have had recent bikini waxes with Maria and also Maisla - and both are so talented. Very gentle experience, they listen to what you want and pay such attention to detail. I used to come here years ago and have returned recently now I’m back in London. Forgot what I was missing! They really are excellent. Can’t recommended enough.

I opted this place for the first time since the other place I normally go for waxing was full. And I have no regrets at all! I did Brazilian with Maisla, she was sweet and super gentle, it's the only place that I felt no pain at all. Definitely will comeback whenever I have stop over in London!

The staff at this place are AMAZING so welcoming and warm, you do not get this much in 2023.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone especially if you are nervous or scared of pain because I was made to feel comfortable and not annoying even when I really was.
This place is VERY CLEAN 🧼 I would not have proceeded with the wax if I did not think so. They did not double dip the wax pot and the wax smelt so fresh.
Will be returning ❤️ they also don’t ask to take awkward photos of your privates for their social media which is great.

I been going to this place for a couple years now and it is The only waxing place I will ever go to! everything is super clean and sterile. The most painless wax ever and the ladies working there are super friendly and nice. Everyone working there is really professional. As I have very sensitive skin, this is the only place where I have no issues with my skin at all. They also do great bundle deals. And always offer a shot on entry which I find super cute :) x
