I ordered pizza from Dominoes sutton South however there's was an issue with the order ,staff on the day was unable to rectify the problem
The manager was not around the very next day, Robert the manager contacted me stating he was just made Aware of the situation, apologised snd gave me my options, This was sorted out so effectively.

Used to be very good, unfortunately had a few bad experience of the driver not being able to find our address, so the food was cold even rhou we are 2 roads away, then ordering over the phone and being told to collect the food. Hopefully this is not a sign of things to come.

Excellent quality of service from the Manager on Friday night. He was very helpful and professional with me on the phone, as I was a little confused. The pizza was also very good. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I tried twice, pizza is really good but staff doesn't seem to be happy and not smiling at all. As its only takeaway if you are not welcoming it will affect the customer service.
