Coco Di Mama

I always come here for my usual, bacon ketchup and almond flat white. Staff that work here are very friendly. I can tell they’re a little stressed through no fault of their own as it seems they are a little understaffed. Especially on the weekend. Blonde girl that served me at the weekend was exceptionally polite and diplomatic when addressing people’s queries as the weekend seems to be filled with impatient and argumentative brexiters. The Asian guy made me a delicious carbonara with cheese. I can not fault the coffee as the quality of it every time is exceptional.

I'm an anomaly as a tea drinker asking for decaff lattes or Cappuccinos. I usually get blank expressions when l ask for any decaff of any description, tea or coffee. Wonderful not to be discriminated for once. The service here is welcoming, diligent and very responsive. It's rare to find that in bus station outlet. I swerved my usual sit down space two doors down because it looked too busy. The atmosphere here was relaxed and peaceful. I think the discreet decor and low level lighting helps promote that. I wasn't hungry but had l been the pasta specials look good and the pastries/ cakes very yummy. Maybe l should pay more attention to Coco di mama branches as there is one much closer to home in White City Place.

It was my first time trying this coffee. I was in the area for shopping and was dying for a good coffee. The shop actually advertised 'BEST COFFEE' BARISTA... so I had to try. Was not disappointed. The coffee was full and robust. The froth creamy and yet light. I thanked the barista for the wonderful coffee and I think she was surprised. Cos it's just what she does. Make Coffee Great!
