The meal was decent but the customer service was better

I came on Thursday when I tell you the customer service was so good they are so polite and so nice to you I loved it when you come on fast restaurants you don’t expect to have such an amazing customer service but this one is one of the best in London even better than 5 star restaurants for real !

One member of staff serving and trying to tidy overflow bins and the toilet upstairs is always out of order and dirty, and the disabled one is the same thing.

Food is very good, better than many other BK. Sometimes the service is slow and you will see many more person queueing than eating. Great burger king.

I don't usually buy fast food but that "4.99" double melt deal I a scam cause wth is with that McDonald's sized saver cheeseburger and then tax too lol never again. Thanks.

Burger King serve a far superior Burger in comparison to other fast food restaurants. I've eaten in and ordered delivery for the Lewisham branch. My meals are always perfectly prepared and they follow the order notes for my burgers.

just because manager gave 1 double whopper large meals free I'm giving 5 🌟
Last Sunday I ordered 4 double whopper large meals but they were busy and when I got home 1 was with bacon and I'm Muslim i don't eat bacon,
Wednesday I got 5 double whopper large meals and 9 nuggets but it came to £60.63 but manager put the order through the till asking for £10.63 I said sorry but only paying for 4 double and 9 nuggets meals he said why,
I explain on Sunday,
But he said please pay full because I have put cash payment on the till your recite came out, but for other day I will give you extra burger but I need full payment, but I have said it was your mistake Sunday manager promised me I would get 1 free burger meals I'm your regular customer and were is Vishal the manager, then manager apologies and said sorry you should of mention it to me before I put it in the system now I need to print a refund recite otherwise it will be short in the till your total was 60.63 but you gave 50.00 but after refund 10.39 you needed to pay 24p please now new total 50.23
Please next time do mention before hand. He was very polite and helpful even though I made him do extra work do refund and and even he apologies because of his politeness I'm giving him 5 stars 🌟 and he was nervous because he accepted the payment bottom and I only gave 50.00 but he sorted out eventually -10.39 and I had no bacon this time 😉 😄 😜
