Very well priced and tasty Italian food. Very tasty wines on their menu. A great place to go for a good value lunch.

Stunning! Absolutely great service combined with delicious dishes at reasonable rates... A hidden gem in plane sight, a must try! Lunch specials are usually a bargain at a much higher level of quality than anything nearby. Scotch egg starter is spectacular, and the pork cooked to perfection!

5 of us ordered steaks which were excellent. One steak a little over done but manager immediately ordered us another without quibble, which was perfect. Excellent Shiraz with it. Very pleasant evening.

Came here with 3 friends for impromptu dinner on Tuesday. We took the set menu which was £20 for 3 courses plus a small glass of wine. The food was well paced and all courses were delicious. A £2 supplement for steak sandwich was worth it, the Italian red was lovely and puddings were yummy. I am sure to come back.

Came here for lunch on a Friday and it was surprisingly empty, it was just me and my colleague present. As part of a 3 course lunch menu, I started with the salmon and prawn crowuettes, followed by the chicken, name and leek pie and finished with the raspberry and dark chocolate creme brulee. The only issue I had was with the pie which had a slightly sour taste to it and a burnt crust at the bottom which was very tough and made it impossible to eat that part. Everything else was fine and they even include a glass of wine with the set menu. I'd be curious to check out the other dishes on the menu so I wouldn't mind going back there.
