Came here as a group of six people. We had made a reservation in advance.
We asked for some assistance to better understand the menu (portion sizes, how much food we should order for six people). The lady who served us wasn’t especially helpful and offered us no explanation. She was quite unwelcoming to the point that it made our group feel quite uncomfortable, which should never be the case when you go out to a restaurant to enjoy dinner.
Despite the cold and unhelpful service, I must say that I really enjoyed the food. We tried a range of dishes - the seafood noodles and the spicy prawns were especially nice.
This restaurant clearly has much to offer but the overall dining experience was let down by the service - a little bit of training for staff would go a long way, and I would have no hesitation in upping this to a 5 star review.
Had a good experience at Olle KBBQ. Most authentic Korean BBQ place that you can cook for yourself in London. Excellent food - delicious high quality cuts of meat, tender and very well seasoned. Great atmosphere- staff were very attentive and polite. Prices were reasonable for a central London location. Highly Recommend.
A great bbq dinner experience in the centre of London. We had wagyu rib eye, marinated pork belly, bulgogi, prawn tempura, and fried rice. All the meats were delicious, juicy, and melted in mouth. The tempura batter could have been a bit thinner, but overall, it was extraordinary.
If you are craving authentic Korean food, this is the place you should visit. We tried to get reservations beforehand but came to know on weekends they don’t take reservations, it’s first come first serve. When we reached, the queue was long but it didn’t take much time to get seated as they have downstairs seating as well.
Tbh the best Korean restaurant I’ve ever been to in the UK so far! Marinated Pork Belly, and Beef Bulgogi is my favourite. It tastes phenomenal. Korean Fried chicken with Sweet and spicy sauce also tastes very good. The food was delicious and the price was decent. Really enjoyed the food and my time here, great if you're looking for a Korean BBQ experience where you can cook your own stuff at the table.
Overall, it’s a 5-star restaurant. Definitely returning back for other offerings.
Lovely authentic Korean bbq restaurant, brought a variety of dishes and selection B on the bbq menu, the wagyu beef was amazing. All washed down with an array of Soju flavours. Great time and look forward to coming back :-)
Great food and service overall at Olle in Soho. We booked for lunch on a Sunday and sat downstairs. The dining room did get quite busy at one point then with the music became very loud which I guess should be expected with this type of restaurant.
Service was mostly great; friendly and efficient. I did get a bit of attitude when I asked for new chopsticks because the waiter had put one’s we were using for raw on top of the ones I was eating with but this not consistent with the service we had been getting from our waiter who had been fine.
Food was good with lots of choice on the menu for both bbq and non bbq items. Stand out bites were the A5 Wagyu ribeye and the japchae.
The waiters were very kind and attentive. They gave us personalised recommendations which were helpful in deciding what to order. Food arrived very promptly and tasted great. Definitely recommend this restaurant to others looking for authentic Korean barbecue in central London.

The manager even took the time to stop by my table to check on my satisfaction with the food and service, which truly made me feel like a valued guest.
“Olle BBQ" was a true barbecue lover's dream. The food was outstanding, the customer service was top-notch, and the ambiance was delightful. I enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken, a bit spicy. And my youngest enjoyed a delicious noodles soup.
Lovely staff. Decoration is a bit minmum and boring, but the food is really amazing!!
If you’re craving Korean bbq like we did. This spot did not disappoint! The marinated meats served with lettuce wraps was a perfect combo. The stew was bursting full of flavour. Would recommend!
