The only downs will be when delivery driver miss to pick up some drinks , dips etc and you contact Feedr, most of the times they will issue refund to your credits back into your account, which you cannot use as most of employees have a certain entitlement per day, which means if anything it's missing you won't benefit at all, need to change this in employees favor :)
Feedr is well loved by the team in our office, and we wouldn't want to order lunch any other way! The vendor choices are always expanding and there are lots of great options. The Feedr team are great to work with a we're very happy with their service.
We have been working with Feedr as a company for over 9 months now and I have to say we are extremely pleased with the service. The team is absolutely great and prompt. The platform is straightforward and easy to use. Cloud canteen is definitely the new way for food service in the office!
Feedr provide a great service with a different vendors on a regular basis. I will admit I am a creature of habit and if it were not for feedr I would end up having the same item every day. Feedr makes me choose different foods which is a great.

I use Feedr for individual staff orders each week to take away the admin of asking each employee. We've used to do group orders before too which was quite successful. Feedr is really easy to use, staff select their own meal before the cut off time and they have many restaurants to choose from.
They lose a start due to courier issues, the food can arrive later than planned and there aren't any African/Caribbean restaurants available for individual staff orders which is a shame.
Feedr give an exceptional service. We have worked with them on several pop-ups events catering for big companies like Revolut and Expedia. They are responsive to all inquires. We always hear good feedback from customers ordering through their Platfrom and its an honor to be working with them as a vendor.
Love their food! I've now made it my mission to work my way through the full menu, and so far every meal has been beautiful. All too often when you go out to a restaurant, at least one person has a disappointing meal, so it's the consistency that impresses me the most about EatFirst. There just aren't any poor choices!
I placed my first order around one year ago. Since then I order their amazing meals on a regular basis and my family loves it. Food quality and diversity, distribution (always on time) and price deserve my five stars. I truly recommend it to everyone
It's totally amazing! The most delicious take away I have had in my entire life (and I'm not so young). They make great, healthy food that I don't regret eating afterwards! Portions are decent and did I mention that the food is delicious. Wow! It trully is. I can't get over it... bring me more! Feed me all week around, please! I love you!
Usually don't write food reviews here, but these guys deserve it. first of all the packaging was lovely and they kept it very neat and eye appealing. secondly, the food it self was delicious with the flavours complimenting one another. The coconut & banana smoothie was definitely something i'd be buying again as it weren't artificially sweet but just right. Lastly, they provided a note with instructions of how to serve, ingredients or the foods and who it was prepared by. Overall i'm very happy with everything and would recommend.
