Nice and easy to order, straight forward website, you can't go wrong with ordering. Customer service are spot on the live chat, really fast. nice support The only downs will be when delivery driver miss to pick up some drinks , dips etc and you contact Feedr, most of the times they will issue refund to your credits back into your account, which you cannot use as most of employees have a certain entitlement per day, which means if anything it's missing you won't benefit at all, need to change this in employees favor :)

I use Feedr for individual staff orders each week to take away the admin of asking each employee. We've used to do group orders before too which was quite successful. Feedr is really easy to use, staff select their own meal before the cut off time and they have many restaurants to choose from. They lose a start due to courier issues, the food can arrive later than planned and there aren't any African/Caribbean restaurants available for individual staff orders which is a shame.

Feedr give an exceptional service. We have worked with them on several pop-ups events catering for big companies like Revolut and Expedia. They are responsive to all inquires. We always hear good feedback from customers ordering through their Platfrom and its an honor to be working with them as a vendor.

Super easy platform to order food deliveries. Customer service was 2nd to none, an error occurred (my fault) and the staff there solved it within 15 mins. Would certainly recommend - particularly in times of social distancing and self-isolation (I'm hoping this review doesn't age well and those terms are almost forgotten about soon)

I have been using Eatfirst to provide lunch for external guests and events for around 6 months. I'm really impressed with the quality of the food , its so tasty , always looks really well presented and the team are always so helpful to any last minute requirements I have. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and I don't make a habit of leaving reviews.
