I've been regularly visiting for the past 2 years. The pizza dough is excellent, never disappoints, and the ingredients are always fresh. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the staff is polite. It's a friendly environment. And the variety of beers is fantastic!
Wow!!! Such a placeeeeee 😧🤤
Extremely delicious pizza!!!!!!!!
I truly recommend diavola and the other one with burrata. Wow! So delicious.
I also tried formagie one but was not as good as the other ones.
The service is great and so fast.
Additionally the oils are great too!
Decent place. To preface this, I ordered online via Deliveroo and sadly the driver had sort of mangled the pizza box at some point as some of the toppings had gone lopsided. No hate on the pizzeria itself though, there’s little they can do to the control that. So, onto the review: I ordered the Lucifero pizza (pictured) and homemade Tiramisu (not pictured). I actually thought for what I paid it was pretty good. Was it the best pizza I ever had? No. But for the price I paid online (12.50 for the former, 6 for the latter) I can’t really complain. The pizza was nice and tasty, not too filling and the crust was pretty good. I enjoyed it and quite liked whatever style they call it. The topping would kinda slide off as you lifted a slice but I didn’t really care that much as the actual taste was nice - but I could see why some people don’t like that. The tiramisu was probably the stand out for me for me. Granted, I haven’t had a lot of those in my life as I’m generally not a dessert person, but I was pleasantly surprised by how light it was and the nice taste of coffee that underpinned it. It wasn’t too sweet and was easy to get through so I can only conclude it was pretty good! All in all I’d definitely give this place a go if ordering online or just in the area. I’ll certainly be making a trip down as the prices are super reasonable. Thanks guys.
Good pizzas, nice staff and space!
We ordered 2 parmigiana, 1 diabola and 1 quatro stagioni.
We eated it so fast, so we can't take good pictures of the full pizzas...
In love with the tshirt of the pizzaiolo "Bare decent", i would like to buy one (:
Good job!
I love Gordos!! I’d walked past about 5 times before I finally went in, but every time the smell of their wood-oven pizza reminded me I needed to try it. I’m so happy I finally did! Ordered the Diavola pizza for takeout and they had it ready for me in minutes. It was generously topped and their red sauce is tasty.
Really authentic pizza, family atmosphere with some great mulled wine at this time of year.
Good pizza, fast and polite service. Decor is that of a glorified take away, not a restaurant. If you do not require an atmospheric venue, and just want to pop in for a quick tasty pizza, it fits the bill.
I've spent a lot of time eating pizza in Naples and I often struggle to scratch that itch here in London. Gordos does a pretty damn good job at creating Napoli style wood oven pizza using fresh ingredients that are reasonably priced (by London standards at least) and so for that I'd give them a solid 8.5/10. Definitely the best pizza in the Dalston area so worth a go if you're craving delicious thin crust pizza.
Very tasty, authentic pizza and some nice summery cocktail options. We visit this cozy spot often - great atmosphere, friendly staff and food is ready in no time!
This pizzeria is amazing! There's lots of choice of pizza in London but this place really hits the spot. Honestly worth a visit!
