Nice place for a quick coffee if u are at waterllo train station

The staff (from Pakistan) spilled half of the espresso on the floor and gave me a cup with coffee stains all over it.

Nice coffee house.
Staff do really well to serve so many customers, quite quickly, and yet coffees are generally still made nicely. Nice seating area too.

Usually I love this nero, but today I ordered a hazelnut hot chocolate and ended up with a latte? Worst of all I cannot drink coffee for health reasons.
