Wow, its now outside of the centre and is tiny.
Its McD but now feels like a walkin drive through.
When we visited the poor young staff looked so down and feed up, which might be due to the layout.

I always order from here using the McDonald's app and collection is very quick.
This restaurant used to be in southside shopping centre by the cinema but relocated to Garrett lane but still part of southside.
Staff are friendly but the only downside are the youth customers that use the upstairs and have no respect but that's the world we live in now until they grow up and get a job.
I recommend using the app to order and collect.

So they move from a bigger space to a much smaller space. So if you wanted to eat in you can't cause the 5 tables they do have will be taken. Upstairs seating is okay but you can't really enjoy your meal without being attacked by flies and wasps.

I loved this McDonald's. Its small downstairs, but they have seats upstairs, which is open top like. It was clean and service was good. It didn't take too long for the food to come.

Sometimes when it's packed u could order on mcflury and wait over half an hour and recently I bought 2 big macs meal and I only received 1 big mac and 2 fries but in the end I got it back.But the food is nice.

Senior team members try to make sure food orders are completed in order. My order was lagging behind over 5+ other orders and they unexpectedly compensated me with a large size of fries when I ordered small.

I'm sorry to see all of these bad reviews. I can't say that this is the quickest service ever, however I think it's understandable that this McDonald's is constantly busy as the location is ideal for a quick stop. As far as I can say service is not very quick, but people working there are always nice and polite. In regards of food, its just your regular Mc.
