Wonderful experience through years : came when it just opened and since then stayed authentic. Rony by whom i was wonderfully served, was in full dedication to my person. A true and marvellous journey to India !

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve tried in London (and actually elsewhere). Nice food, and a balanced level of using spices, so you can actually taste the food and ingredients (nit just some hot food). We had Shikari Raan and Checken Tikka and both were delicious. Dishes (including starters) come in large and generous portions and the Milk cake was an absolute Gem. They also made a kind gesture to make my birthday special with a cute design of the cake, sweet bday wishes on a card and a lovely present. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Absolutely amazing. Unique experience in the heart of London with brilliant Indian cuisine and lovely service. We celebrated my wife's birthday and had an amazing dinner. The staff were extremely nice accommodating our requests for a specific table and celebrating with us on this special day. And the food was SO good. Everything was good, but the Pani Puri is addictive. The Paneer is juicy and meaty and was the star of the main courses. There are a lot of good Indian food in London, but seriously, this one is up there, maybe even the best in town. You should try it.

Enjoyed it. Good without being great TBH. For the money you're spending in zone1 London, I'd have to say Gymkhana is better. Appetizers and Desserts were best here. £30 for three Lamb Chops. While the Lamb Chops were amazing... other dishes were nothing more than OK. Not bad - just Ok. Eg the Butter chicken mains and the Paneer mains. Desserts were excellent - enjoyed the Rasmalai Milk Cake and the Malpua Waffle with Ice cream.

Just back from India, i was missing their food so much so decided to try CS for dinner with some friends. We all loved the food and service - apart from one Dairy Free beef dish that my friend didn’t enjoy as too dry (it looked v much so but I didn’t try it as I don’t eat meat). Large portions and definitely no space left for dessert for us! No alcohol for us so not crazy expensive but still a place for special occasions i think.

My friend wanted to treat me to a dinner as a birthday gift and we decided to give this place a go. We had made a reservation prior and on the day just 2 hours before the reservation time I was given a call to confirm my booking with an email link later sent to me to input card details as a way to secure that booking. It was still quiet when we got there at 6pm and we were seated in the corner. The interior design of the restaurant was absolutely majestic, lots of chandeliers installed in the high ceilings with plenty of photos and paintings around on red walls. It instantly felt like an extremely bougie place so just note not to wear anything too casual. We went with the dahi sev puri and paneer tikka as starters which were absolutely fantastic! The puris were so savoury and moreish and refreshing with the yoghurt filling, wish there were more of them. The paneer tikka was so delicious and got a pleasant mini kick to it which upped the flavour profile nicely. For mains, we ordered the signature butter chicken and prawn moilee in a coconut curry and some basmati rice and a kulcha with truffle and cheddar on the side. Wow the highlight for me was the kulcha, it's got a cheese pull to it I was so impressed! The portion of the basmati rice was very generous as well, definitely had more than enough for one person. Butter chicken was good but nothing exceptional, tender chicken pieces and not dry. Prawn moilee was pretty average again, I just personally don't really like sauce or paste that isn't stimulating or spicy so I wasn't a fan. Overall, the service was great from entering the restaurant to exiting. The staff were attentive and made sure we felt comfortable and we're happy with the food. They also took time to explain to us that we should have the dahi sev puri with our hands which made it a greater food experience for sure. Special shout out to Kunal for his fantastic service for the night! The downside for me was simply the price. I feel like for the price they charge their food it's not lived up to the standards. There are so many Indian places in London that offer the same quality, if not even better for a much lower price. So this is where it loses a star for the food category. Nonetheless, it's certainly a great choice for any kind of occasion if you are comfortable with your eating out budget.

One of the best restaurants for hospitality! The ambience was lovely, food was amazing but what makes this place stand out is their outstanding service. My other half’s birthday was made so special. Special thanks to Rony, for making us feel so comfortable and catered. All staff came to cheer the birthday boy and they also had a lovely card from the Director and a little gift too. Truly amazing. Thank you.
