I have visited several Greggs stores and have always had positive experiences but on this occasion the manager was extremely rude He did not take the time to listen to my complaint and spoke in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner

Absolutely shocking. Had you waiting in aye for 20 minutes then to tell you card machine is working. No communication. Was told to go get cash out of the cash machine and que back up!!! Wouldn’t go back there if I was having a diabetic hypo. Absolutely useless and waste of my times.
