The Cheesecake Factory

Legacy Village location was open for inside dinning. We were seated immediately and our servers were great. Friendly and professional asked if we have eaten there before and we answered "Yes we have!!!" We had ample time to look over the menu even though we knew what we were getting. We ordered 2 Chicken Madeira's. As pictured it was delicious!!! I ordered desserts to go. It was great meal that cost $60.00.

Ordered "Factory Nachos" to go, this is the result. When speaking to the manager her acted as if this was how they're supposed to look. Any who my daughter said they were disgusting and tasted of oil. There was little to no cheese, just a waste of 13 dollars with no compensation. I won't order food from here just cheesecake from now on.

My meal was absolutely amazing! So flavorful. Perfect temperature. Great portion size. The service was pretty slow and not the best (bringing us wet carry out bags; not bringing several items we asked for; taking over 15 minutes to process our checks; not checking on us), but I would definitely order this dish again.

I stopped in for lunch yesterday with a friend. Our experience was a 10 out of 10. I'm not easy to make happy. I don't complain to the management, I just don't go back, if I'm unhappy. We were seated right away, with menus. That doesn't happen until the waitress comes along, usually. Our server was very knowledgeable, and with a great demeanor. That's important! She took our drink order, and brought bread sticks back with it, in only a few minutes. Our food was brought straight from the kitchen, by someone from the kitchen, .No sitting on over heat lamps. Our meals were delicious, and we ordered two more entree's to go! We also stopped and grabbed a couple of pieces of the cheesecake, and though the price seemed a bit steep, $9, when we ate them last night we could only eat half. The manager there has to be doing a fantastic job, to keep the place running so smoothly. We'll be back, with friends and family!
