Called in here with a friend ..good local boozer, classic sort of layout. People and staff were pleasant enough. Beer was standard but well kept. There was a group in from a barge trip, it was quite lively but still friendly. We didn't eat here.
Very helpful barmaid, made very welcome with my puppy, to use toilet, dog friendly inside and outside. Water was provided for my dog.
Absolutely great! Lovely staff - a great atmosphere, amazing food and service. I cannot recommend enough!
