Went on a rainy Halloween afternoon. Lady behind counter said there was a 10 minute wait for sausage rolls. I duly waited in the car and returned said 10 minutes later and collected two very hot sausage rolls. I'd say to Greggs that sometimes their sausage rolls can be far from warm.

My first visit to Heybridge since losing my wife almost three years ago. My first visit to this branch of Greggs on the morning of Thursday 7th April. To be greeted by Carol, as if I was an old friend - worth a million! My two sausage breakfast rolls and Cappuccino Coffee - perfect!! Thank you Carol for making my day.

All good, always very friendly. Great to pop in for coffee especially if you have a loyalty card, which when full gives you one free coffee. Loads of parking and handy for the supermarket and other store
