Albert's Shed

Had a meal to celebrate my Mother in Law's 80th Birthday. 8 adults and a toddler. Half of us arrived first and were seated in an area just near where an entertainer was singing. Although she had a lovely voice and great song choices, we struggled to hear conversation, and that would be a bigger issue for my Mother in Law, who is already hard of hearing. My husband mentioned this to a member of staff, and we were promptly moved to a quieter area that was better suited to us all. The staff were friendly and efficient and knowledgeable about the dietary facts on their menu (toddler has dairy allergies). The food was very tasty and of good sized portions, and we all had a lovely time there. Would definitely go again.

Visited today for my Wife's Birthday. We last visited around 8 years ago and the food was incredible. Today, my Wife's Lamb Ragu was really nice, but my Fish and Chips was tasteless. Absolutely no taste whatsoever in the cod, which was really disappointing. Still, the service was great, the prices were fantastic and I shall try this place again.

Me and my family would like to say a Special thank you to Ellie, Martyna and all of Alberts Shed events team for working closely with us to deliver an amazing 70th birthday celebration for my dad. We couldn't have done it without all of your incredible planning from our book right the way through to the the end of our event. We had a warm welcome from you all, very high standard of professionalism, excellent communication and accommodation to last minute amendment which took away any stress. All our guest loved the venue and the events team support us all the way through. Excellent service on food. All the food was presented with love, care tasted amazing. Albert Shead team you Rock and I highly recommend booking Alberts for all special event. The was good, variety of food choices on the menu, good value for money. Good size hall and well presented and child friendly to loin our celebration. Thank you all so much and keep up your amazing work xx
