Food took a little longer than I would have liked to arrive given I had three young children with me and it was almost empty when we arrived early in the evening (6pm). That being said the food was worth the wait. Had yummy meat & potato biryani and mixed grill for mains and pau bhaji for starter. Came from afar to eat somewhere other than my usual place on the curry mile ans Mughli did not disappoint. Will be back again no doubt!
I have been a professional chef for 28 years. I can honestly say I have never tasted Indian food as good as this. The execution and level of flavours and textures is outstanding. The chef is one very talented man. The staff from the greeting at the door until the asking for our bill "brilliant" we felt looked after with no feeling of being hounded nothing was to much trouble even when I asked if we could sit in the bar area which is generally used for drinks service only it was not a problem. I can only say well done guys and gals you were amazing and we will be back with friends in tow xx
Fantastic meal, such great depth of flavours across lots of different meals. There were 8 of us, and we enjoyed trying lots of different curries and starters. The charcoal broccoli was one of my favourites, and it was such a surprise to be blown away by a side dish. Reasonable prices and good and friendly service. Above all, exceptional food.
Got a delivery from here and I don't know why it's taken so long for me to do so. Food was well packaged and absolutely amazing in taste.
Will definitely have to check the restaurant out.
You must try the butter chicken 🤤
Really enjoyed our meal at Mughli! Very tasty food cooked to perfection. I just think the beer was a bit too much at £6.60 a pint. Even in Manchester I find that ridiculous, feels like they are taking advantage a bit compared to other Indian restaurants in the are, but that’s the only negative.
Stopped here on a work trip. Curry was superb, all the little bits too. A must visit.
Wow what an experience. I came by myself as a tourist and was connected to a brilliant waitress Kelsey. She/They looked after me without prejudice to my allergies.
The theatre of the restaurant is extremely vibrant.
The lamb chops are something else. Great value food, my bill was higher due to hanging out and drinking Gin!
Restaurant is Disabled friendly.
Thank you, thank you, thank you . A fantastic way to end a weekend in Manchester xxx
What a lovely hidden gem. From the outside the large mural hides a restaurant with great flavour and variety. Food is fresh and comes out when ready. We chose a selection of starters to try and none of them failed to deliver. The kulcha was really nice. The mains were also really nice, not oily. Highly recommended
Amazing charcoal food, huge portion and very attentive staff. House Malbec was sublime with our delicious mix grill. For sure a place to don't miss.
This place has excellent food. I think the flavors are incredible! I was a bit disappointed the last time I went to see they had removed some craft cocktails from the menu because in combination with the food it was awesome… but it’s still great even without the drinks. I strong recommend the Lamb Chops, they are very tasty, even if you aren’t big on Lamb, it’s very well flavored. Always get some garlic naan! And another favorite is the chicken tika! Parking can be tricky in the area but there is a paid parking lot right behind the Restaurant if you want to make it simpler :)
Really incredible grilled broccoli dish, I couldn’t recommend enough! However, the chicken in the curry was a bit dry and the curry itself underwhelming. A really lovely atmosphere and great for charcoal dishes.
Lovely food and drinks fast friendly service too. Just expected a bit more from the options on the menu but what we ordered was lovely.
