Another great night at the Waldorf for our MG Blues gig. Over one hundred upstairs on the second anniversary of our three times a year event. A big thank you to the staff who all did a great job. This upstairs room is a great place for a party with its own bar, great little dance floor and great atmosphere. Many will remember this place for the one hundred or so great nights spent there as the Hideaway club over nine years in the oughties. Now under new ownership and has been renovated with more renovation to come. Ps. If your dining here my wife would recommend the Veggie Burger. She says it was absolutely amazing. As it was a 12 hour(plus 2 setting up) day for me I had a break at home for a couple of hours to eat and get changed.

Had my 40th Birthday Party in the function room upstairs on Saturday. From start to finish all the staff couldn't do enough to help and make me and guests feel extremely welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much. James

I’ve always liked The Waldorf as I sometimes visit on match day. An evening visit this time and it was just as good. Megan & Liam we’re very friendly (even the security guy was a nice fella). Will be in town for a gig tomorrow night & will definitely be calling in early doors & possibly finishing off there.

Found this when looking for somewhere to have a quick lunch. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Next time I am near the railway station I will definitely pop in again and I would definitely recommend it.

Used to come here regularly as a footie pub. Back in 2004 saw Utd beat Arsessall in FA cup semi ..day after Milldew beat Sunderland at Old Trafford thus stopping Flat being at Wembley to see Sunderland v Utd. Seen many great sports events here. Good real ale selection. Wily Fox from Wigan was very good. Can get rowdyso close to Piccadilly...seen England fans here at their scummiest .. almost made me a foreigner..some nasty people support them..as seen at Wembley Euro final.

The two young people behind the bar were very nice. I were on my way to pride with my daughter and i strayed off the path😁no werewolfs or owt like that😁its summer, so we sat outside in the seating section. It was quiet, but im sure the walks will be bouncing later on

A nice traditional pub close to the station. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Drinks reasonably priced for the area. A nice mixed crowd.

Spot on pub. Lovely clean. Bar staff were on it, making sure we'd got everything. They were very polite and pleasant. The drinks weren't badly priced for Manchester. I'll be adding this place to my list when I'm out for a pint in Manchester.

Haven't been there for a few years, it's had a spruce up since then and it's a nice pub to visit. They serve food but I didn't sample anything this time but it looked OK from what I saw being served. Beer was excellent and the prices are on a par with Manchester City centre prices.

It was brilliant!!! The patron is lovely and the food and atmosphere was much better than expected!!! Fantastic British draft ales, and a great selection of lagers too. Great to watch football!!!
